Ingredients

5 oz cooked shrimp
1.5 c okra
2 t minced garlic
1 c water
1 c Swanson Chicken Stock
1 T Cajun Seasoning
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t xanthan gum
pink salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Bring water and chicken stock to simmer in saucepan 
  2. Add okra and garlic then cover with lid and cook until okra is tender
  3. Stir in Cajun Seasoning and onion powder then cover with lid and cook 2 minutes
  4. Whisk xanthan gum into saucepan and cook 2 more minutes
  5. Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and add to saucepan
