3.5 ounce ground hormone free chicken (or beef or bison)
8 oz bell pepper, chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes
2 T red wine vinegar
chili powder, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in pan with red wine vinegar.
  2. Season with chili powder and cayenne pepper to your liking.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Use spatula to smash tomatoes.
  5. Stir and plate.
  6. Top with Franks Red hot sauce and pink salt
