2 medium zucchini, chopped
¾ c almond butter
½ c freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ c olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ t salt
2 T cumin


  1. In a food processor fitted with an S blade, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate in a glass container for up to 1 week
