Ingredients:
1/2 c cherries
1/8 t celery seed
1/8 t pepper
2 t hot sauce
3.5 oz ground bison
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper into bison
- Chop cherries coarsely
- Stir cherries into meat
- Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 6 mounds onto baking sheet and flatten slightly, if desired
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through
