Ingredients:
8 oz cucumber
6 oz crab
pink salt, to taste
Mrs Dash, to taste
Braggs liquid aminos, to taste
Directions:
- Cut cucumber in half
- Remove seeds with potato peeler or knife
- Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch rounds
- Combine crab with pink salt and Mrs Dash, to taste
- Fill each cucumber slice with crab mixture
- Dip in liquid aminos, if desired
