Ingredients:
8 oz green peppers, cut into thick pieces
2/3 c water
1 t minced garlic
1/2 T curry powder
1 t turmeric
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Add in peppers and garlic
- Cover and cook until peppers start to soften
- Stir in spices and continue to cook, uncovered, until sauce reduces to desired consistency (Add more water, if needed)
