Ingredients:
8 oz spinach
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/4 c salsa
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1/4 t garlic powder
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Heat spinach in skillet with small amount of water over med-high heat
- Drain liquid off spinach
- Return skillet to stovetop over low heat
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salsa, and garlic powder
- Cook until heated through
- Sprinkle with pink salt
