Bison Mushroom Meatballs

3.5 oz uncooked bison (works with any meat)
8 oz mushrooms 
1 t onion powder
1 T fresh rosemary 
1 t pink salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grind mushrooms and seasoning in food processor to a fine consistency. 
  3. Add bison and process until incorporated evenly. 
  4. Roll in to balls. 
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. (Can pop under broiler if you like them browned)
