Ingredients:
10 oz radishes
2 T full-fat plain greek yogurt
2 T Daisy cottage cheese
6 grape tomatoes
1 t apple cider vinegar
3 t dijon mustard
1.5 t dill
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Chop radishes into small cubes
- Boil in a medium saucepan until soft when piercing with a fork
- Drain with collander and rinse with cold water
- Transfer to bowl
- Slice tomatoes into rounds and add to bowl
- Stir in yogurt, cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, mustard, dill, salt and pepper
