1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T coconut flour
2 T Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
2 T flax meal
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1/2 t baking powder
2 T unsweetened almond milk
1 T shredded unsweetened coconut


  1. Melt coconut oil in mug
  2. Add egg, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia
  3. Stir in flax meal, protein powder, coconut flour, coconut, and baking powder
  4. Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
