4 cups filtered water
2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions
  1. Add ingredients to the bowl of your high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Strain mixture using a nut milk bag or a new, never-been-used seamless nylon sock.
