3.5 oz lean ground beef
8 oz bell peppers, sliced
1/2-1 T Taco Seasoning
1/4 c water
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in skillet over med-high heat
- Add water and taco season and stir
- Add bell peppers and cover
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, until peppers are cooked and liquid is gone from skillet
